Shipping Conditions

Shipping costs will be included in the final price of your order, which are automatically modified when adding products and quantities. Before confirming the order, you can see all the expenses in the shopping cart.The shipping value may vary depending on the volume, weight and delivery address of the order

WEIGHT AND VOLUME OF ITEMS:

Shipping costs for a large product will be higher than for a smaller product, even if the delivery address is the same. In this case, for example, a totem carries higher shipping costs than a roll up.

SHIPPING METHODS:

The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer through our courier company. The order will be considered delivered at the time the carrier has delivered the package to the customer, and the customer signs the delivery receipt document.

IMPORTANT: The standard shipment does not include the door to door service. Both in the delivery and the pick up of the package, the customer must take care of it. It is possible that the delivery man could help to deliver the goods to the door voluntarily (being this absolutely optional for the delivery man and unrelated to the transport agency or Vaukura). The assembly of the goods is not included either.

The preparation time for orders is 24 hours from receipt. The delivery times of the carrier from the departure of the order from the warehouse are:

  • Peninsula: 24-48 hours
  • Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 5 business days
  • Canary Islands: 10 business days.

Free shipping only applies to shipments to the Iberian peninsula.

On weekends and holidays there will be no shipments or deliveries of orders.

There is the possibility of stock breaks, leading to a longer delivery time, which will be indicated to the customer, who will have the possibility to cancel the order with the subsequent refund of its amount.

If the client wishes it’s possible to collect directly their order at Cashdisplay warehouse in Casarrubuelos, at Calle Roma, s / n, 28977 (Madrid), as soon the order has been formalized, and it has been confirmed that it can be withdrawn.

The pick-up schedule for orders is from 16:00 to 18:00, Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, it is from 12:00 to 14:00.

IT IS ESSENTIAL TO PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE PICK-UP DATE, OTHERWISE THE GOODS MAY NOT BE DELIVERED. IN CASE YOU SEND YOUR TRANSPORT AGENCY, PLEASE PROVIDE THIS NUMBER TO THE SAME.

On weekends and holidays there will be no shipments or deliveries. Cashdisplay is not responsible for possible delays unrelated to it, and which are the responsibility of the transport agency, this being an external service outside the control of this company. Any claim in this regard will be made directly to the transport agency.

In case of rejection of the order by the client to the transport agency, completely disregarding it, the client must assume the shipping costs plus the cost of returning the material to our facilities. Cashdisplay is not responsible for the possible loss of rejected orders to the carrier or agency at the time of delivery. If the buyer subsequently expresses his wish to receive the order, he must pay the transportation costs of a new shipment.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:

The autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla and the Canary Islands are territories of the European Union subject to special tax conditions. To make deliveries in these territories it is necessary to carry out a customs clearance. The prices on the customer’s invoice are exempt from tax (excluding VAT). The client must pay the customs import clearance (DUA) and the applicable tax (IGIC in the Canary Islands, IPSI in Ceuta and Melilla), upon receipt of his order.

For companies that carry out their commercial activity in other countries of the European Union and that have an intra-community operator number, the invoice prices are exempt from VAT. This is also valid for companies based in Spain but operating at the community level.

SHIPPING OFFERS:

In cases in which free shipping is offered for certain quantities of specific products, additional products added to the same order not subject to this type of promotion will carry a cost of transportation, which must be borne by the customer.

Free shipping costs only apply to shipments to the Iberian peninsula.
