These General Conditions regulate the acquisition of products offered on the site www.cashdisplay.com, which is owned by HERME PLUS, S.L., here in after Cashdisplay.
The acquisition of any product implies the full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the General Conditions indicated. By accepting such conditions, the client declares that he is of legal age and has the legal capacity to acquire the products offered on Cashdisplay, and that he understands the general conditions entirely.
These General Conditions may be modified without prior notification, therefore, it is recommended to carefully read their content before proceeding to purchase any of the products offered.
In compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11th of July, by Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, Cashdisplay informs you that the company name is HERME PLUS, S.L., being the commercial name Cashdisplay, with CIF B-85356160, registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry. To make any purchase, it will be necessary for the customer to register in advance, filling the data collection form, which must be truthful, accurate and complete. In each order, the customer must expressly consent by accepting the Cashdisplay policy.
When the order is shipped to its destination, an invoice will be generated for the amount of the order and it will be sent to the customer via email. Likewise, the client will have the option of downloading their invoices at any time from the website in the “My account” section.
The customer must ensure that the invoice coincides with his order and with the merchandise received; the signing of the delivery note implies waiving any claim regarding merchandise lost or delivered in poor condition.
In the event of stock breakage once the order is formalized, the customer may choose between the reimburse, the reservation (if it were a product to be replaced), or the replacement by a product with similar characteristics within the same price.
After receiving the order, Cashdisplay is not responsible for any damages caused by opening the package(s), for example, if you use a knife to remove the packaging and protections and the goods are torn. All our products come protected, and you must use the appropriate utensils to avoid damaging the piece.
SHIPPING AND COSTS:
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the client through our courier company. The order will be considered delivered when the customer signs the delivery receipt document.
The delivery time is 24-48 hours (Iberian peninsula), as long as the orders are made before 17 hours. The delivery time for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla is 5 working days, as long as the orders are made before 5:00 p.m. On weekends and holidays there will be no shipments or deliveries of orders.The delivery time for the rest of the countries is 4 to 5 working days.
Free shipping only applies to shipments to the Iberian peninsula.
For shipments to the Canary Islands, the amount corresponding to the DUA will be borne by the customer.
If the client wishes, after the order has been completed and confirmed it’s ready for withdraw, it can be collected at our facilities in Casarrubuelos, at Calle Roma, s / n, 28977 (Madrid).
The pick-up hours are from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday. During the summer months it’s from Monday to Thursday from 16:00 to 18:00 and Friday from 12:00 to 14:00 (From June 15 to September 11, 2020)
TO COLLECT THE GOODS, IT’S ESSENTIAL TO PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, OTHERWISE THE GOODS MAY NOT BE DELIVERED. IN CASE YOU SEND YOUR OWN TRANSPORT AGENCY, PLEASE PROVIDE THEM THIS NUMBER.
On weekends and holidays there will be no shipments or deliveries. Cashdisplay is not responsible for possible delays unrelated to it, and which are the responsibility of the transport agency, this being an external service outside the control of this company. Any claim regarding this service will be made directly to the transport agency.
In case of rejection of the order by the client to the transport agency, completely disregarding it, the client must assume the shipping costs plus the cost of returning the material to our facilities. Cashdisplay is not responsible for the possible loss of rejected orders to the carrier or agency at the time of the delivery. If the buyer subsequently expresses his wish to receive the order, he must pay the transportation costs of a new shipment
PRICES AND PAYMENT:
The prices are in euros and VAT included, unless otherwise indicated. Cashdisplay reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice, the valid prices being the ones in force, canceling the previous ones.
The prices don’t include shipping costs, except for those specific products and quantities in which free shipping is expressly offered. In such cases, only the shipping of such products will be free, and for units sold by complete boxes; for the rest of the articles, even being part of the same order, the customer must bear the shipping costs. These will be calculated automatically when adding the desired products to the shopping cart, based on their weight and volume.
Cashdisplay has the following payment methods available to the client:
Bank transfer: By cash deposit or bank transfer to the account number indicated at the time of order confirmation, indicating the order number and customer name, and sending the receipt to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. This payment method may involve the delay of a workings day in the delivery of the order, until the account deposit is effective. Orders that are not paid within 7 days of confirmation will be automatically canceled.
Credit / debit card: Payment can be made immediately by credit or debit card. The amount will be charged at the time of order confirmation. Payment can be made with VISA and MasterCard.
PayPal: The customer can pay with their PayPal account. The amount will be charged at the time of order confirmation. The purchase process is carried out on Paypal’s secure servers.
This service will have a surcharge of 2.9% + € 0.35 on the total amount of the purchase.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:
The purchased items may be returned within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order, according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users
To do this, the client must send their claim through our website, in the contact section, checking the “Returns” option in the subject of the message, and completely filling out the available form.
Once the form has been received, the client will be contacted by Cashdisplay to manage the pick-up of the material to be returned. The costs of such shipping will be borne by the customer, it will be calculated based on the weight and volume of the order, for which the buyer may previously consult our staff to know the estimated shipping costs. For those orders in which the shipping costs have been free, the cost of return shipping will not have that character, and the customer must also assume such amount.
After receiving the items at our facilities, and after examining the correct condition of the order, the amount will be paid within 14 days from that moment. The shipping costs will not be refunded, as well as any type of commission or fee; only the amount of the returned item will be refunded.
To proceed with the return, it’s necessary that the products are complete and in their original packaging, which must be in perfect condition, attaching a copy of the purchase invoice. The return of any order will not be accepted if it doesn’t have its original packaging or is damaged, even when the product is in perfect condition, and vice-versa. The return of any product damaged by the handling or misuse of the client will not be accepted.
In case of cancellation of order before it has left our facilities, the client can carry out the process via email. Our staff will contact the client, and after confirmation of cancellation, the amount paid will be credited. Any cancellation request made by the client outside working hours will be processed on the next working day.
Payments for returns and cancellations will always be made in the same form of payment chosen by the client.
If the return could not be accepted due to its lack of conformity as indicated in the conditions, the buyer will not be entitled to receive a refund of the amounts corresponding to the returned products. However, the buyer may request the pick-up of the product not accepted for return within 24/72 hours, in this case the user assumes the new shipping costs from the Cashdisplay warehouses.
RETURNS BY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT:
Cashdisplay items have a 2 year warranty, which will take effect from the purchase date detailed on the sales invoice. This company will be responsible in the event of a manufacturing defect of the product, the customer having the right to decide between repair or replacement of the same; and in the event that the product is still not in accordance with the contract, the price reduction or the resolution of the contract, according to Chapter II, Title IV, Book II of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, by which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. However, when one of the two options, repair or replacement, involves a disproportionate expense to Cashdisplay , it will be who decides between both.
Likewise, the guarantee term for those clients not considered consumers according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, will be the one legally established in the Civil Code.
The client must send their claim through our website, in the contact section, marking the “Claims” option in the subject of the message, and completely filling out the available form, indicating in its content the reason for the claim: ” The product is defective ”and the details of it. After receiving the form, Cashdisplay staff will contact the customer to manage the pick-up of the defective material. The shipping costs will be assured by Cashdisplay . Before proceeding to request the return of the merchandise, the client might have to send images of the allegedly defective merchandise, in order to ensure that it is indeed a defect covered by the guarantee.
Once the product is received and examined, it will be repaired or replaced. If its repair is not possible, it will be replaced. In this case, this may not necessarily be the same as the previous one, as the products are subject to continuous improvement. In no case will the defective product be paid after 30 days from the purchase.
The product to be replaced must correspond to the one sent by Cashdisplay , always providing the purchase invoice. It is important that the product be properly packaged and protected for shipment for repair; if the product arrives at Cashdisplay facilities with damage due to poor packaging or protection, the repair may not be covered by the warranty. It is recommended that the client introduces under, over and around the product, protective material in sufficient quantity (bubble or foam), in order to prevent movement of the product inside the packaging.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as voltage increases or decreases, exposure to extreme temperatures (either naturally or artificially), atmospheric phenomena, fire, water, wind, abnormal use of the product, accidental drops or incorrect use by individuals or companies not authorized by Cashdisplay . Likewise, it does not cover hourly wear and tear, or improper use due to excess hours, as well as breakdowns caused by incorrect installation or handling and storage. In the same way, Cashdisplay will not be held responsible or liable for the expenses derived from installation, dismantling, inspection, etc. (whether they are cranes, scaffolding, operator expenses …) that could derive from the substitution of a defective or wrong product, or another similar fact.
For products which the client can accompany with graphic printing, Cashdisplay will not be held responsible for any possible damage caused to them when the material used by the client does not correspond to that recommended in the information available on our website and catalogs.
Cashdisplay reserves the right to study each product returned due to a defect, being out of warranty coverage if it is shown that the break has been caused by the customer or user, as well as the partial breakdown of the product, to force the use of the guarantee for the return or refund of the product
This guarantee only covers the items applied in the uses for which they were conceived or “normal use” defined as follows:
The operating conditions are in accordance with the information reflected in the products and packaging.
The ambient temperature should never exceed the operating temperature range of -20ºC to + 30ºC, depending on the product and its material.
The relative humidity of the installation must never exceed 80% RH or the IP category of the product, where appropriate, for products with lighting.
If the return could not be accepted due to its lack of conformity with the indicated conditions, the buyer will not have the right to receive a refund of the amounts corresponding to the returned items. However, the buyer may request the pick-up of the product not accepted for return within 24/72 hours, in which case the user assumes the new shipping costs from the Cashdisplay warehouses.
RETURN BY WRONG PRODUCT AND WRONG AMOUNT:
BREAKAGE IN THE TRANSPORT:
As long as the transport has been managed by Cashdisplay , and if damage to the packaging or lack of merchandise is found at the time of receipt of the merchandise, you must indicate this on the delivery note that the carrier delivers. Cashdisplay will not accept claims for breakage in transport if you have not indicated the incidence on the carrier’s delivery note.
In this case, the client has 24 hours to inform Cashdisplay and must send the claim through our website, in the contact section, marking the “Claims” option in the subject of the message, and completely filling out the available form, indicating in its content the reason for the claim: “Break in transport”, attaching photographs and detailing the incidence.
Any claim for breakage, hit, or loss of a package by the transport, made after 24 hours from receipt of the order, will be rejected.
Once the form is received, Cashdisplay will contact the client and will manage the pick-up of the damaged material if appropriate. Once the material is received at our facilities, and having verified that the damage has been caused in transport, will proceed to send the replacement of the same.
In case it is found that such damages have not been caused by the transport agency, but in the custody of the client, the merchandise will not be replaced, and the client will be responsible for the shipping costs, both of the previous return of the merchandise to our facilities for analysis, as well as its second shipment to the client, if the client wishes to recover it.
Likewise, Cashdisplay may, due to the obviousness of the case, send directly the replacement of the item, after analysis of the photographs.
In any case, when the client managed the transport on his own account, the claims must be made directly to the corresponding transport agency, and Cashdisplay doesn’t proceed to replace the goods.
The previous conditions may vary in the items subject to promotions.
Offers and promotions will only be valid until the date mentioned by the promotion itself, and can not be paid for orders after that day and no changes made afterwards are allowed.
Offers, discounts and promotions are not cumulative with each other.
The offer end date can be changed by running out of stock.
GENERAL AND LEGAL ASPECTS:
Product instructions may be downloaded from the item’s own website.
Certain items may require assembly or handling to work; this will be at the customer’s expense. Some products may also require the use of tools for their assembly, which are not included.

Cashdisplay is not obliged to indemnify the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by people, damage to property other than the product, loss of profit or benefit, any damages that come from deterioration or loss of data. Likewise, Cashdisplay is not responsible for possible loss of profit or benefit, claims made to customers by third parties, or any type of exense that may arise from the lack of stock of any of its products
Cashdisplay is not responsible for possible typographical or content errors, both in the catalog and on the web, in the characteristics of the items that may occasionally be produced, and like prices, these characteristics may be subject to change without prior notice. Also the photographs of the products are not binding but indicative. The articles on the website and catalog have measurements and colors that give an approximation to reality as close as possible, but they are not 100% reliable, because the colors can be perceived differently than the real one depending on the screens we use, light and contrast levels and other external conditions to our website and catalog.
The brands and logos of Cashdisplay cannot under any circumstances be used in any type of advertisement, mailing, advertising material, web, or any other means of distribution of information or content without the prior express consent of Cashdisplay .
